Delivery Timing

We generally ship within 3 business days after order confirmation. Shipping operations are suspended on weekends, public holidays, New Year holidays, and during Golden Week.

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations

[Defective Products / Incorrect Delivery]
We take every precaution to ensure product quality. However, in the unlikely event that a delivered item is damaged or defective, or if a different item arrives, we will respond promptly. Please contact us via the email address or phone number above within 7 days of arrival.

[Notes on Product Characteristics]
Due to delicate formulations using naturally derived ingredients and natural clay, some products may experience separation of moisture, changes in color/scent, or roughness. This does not affect quality. Additionally, due to the nature of natural ingredients, color and scent may vary slightly depending on the harvest season, but the quality remains the same.

[Precautions for Use]
Please check your skin carefully for any abnormalities before use. If it does not suit your skin, please discontinue use. If abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, color loss (white spots, etc.), or darkening occur during or after use, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.

Return Deadline

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if you contact us within 7 days of arrival in the case of defective products or incorrect items due to our error.

Refund Policy

If a defective product or incorrect delivery due to our fault is confirmed and a return is accepted, we will promptly refund the purchase price. We generally do not accept returns or refunds for personal reasons.
